To protect the depth of this work, coaching is offered on an application basis. I work with a limited number of clients at a time to ensure presence, care, and meaningful connection.

Investment varies based on scope and duration. Most clients engage in 3- or 6-month containers. Coaching engagements are typically structured as ongoing conversations rather than one-off sessions, allowing space for reflection, integration, and meaningful progress over time.

From there, we’ll decide together whether coaching is the right next step
